All over the world, hydraulic component manufacturers face increasing demands on purity. Ocean Team has developed a “Double Acting Oil Flushing System”, allowing continuous flow in hydraulic hose manufacture while cleaning products to a guaranteed high level of purity.

Ocean Team was contacted by a UK-based international company about how best to oil flush hydraulic hoses. The company manufactures such hoses, which must be cleaned before sale. The main problem was the logistics of the cleaning procedure. As hose production ran non-stop, the cleaning process created a major bottleneck.

We therefore developed the “Double Acting Oil Flushing System”, which allows the operator to rig up the next batch of hoses for the cleaning system, while the previous batch is being cleaned. Our method gave the company the lead over its competitors as the efficiency of its operations was considerably improved.
